Canada 150

Tulips in small clusters like this are found in the next bed.

They surround this statue.

Moving along, the next bed is the raised circular one, filled with Liberator and Canada 150 tulips. They had progressed well since my previous visit.

The Canada 150 tulip was developed for the anniversary year in 2017. They are characterized as white tulips with red accents.

Nearby, this bed of tulips.

  4. We really should have gone to see them. Trips to the city are crazy for us, though.

  5. I just imagine the landscape designers coming up with these combinations, and then the actual people planting them (when, in the fall?)

    1. Yes, the fall. They dig out the bulbs after they've bloomed and put in plants that grow into October.
