Carrying The Weight Of A World

 The ice sculptures this year at Winterlude were a delight.


This one, evoking the myth Atlas, still had the carvers putting on last touches.


I looked up and down the street.


We'll come back here tomorrow for another visit from another day.

    'Atlas' will be very beautiful when the carvers are finished with it, I think.

    Better act fast before it melts! I think the ice sculptors pray for a freezing cold day to keep their creations looking good. Marvellous sculptures.
