Tulips Are Found In Some Unusual Places

Back to the tulips today. I left off with being around the Canadian War Museum, where a series of planters lined the sidewalk, filled with tulips.

I crossed the Ottawa River into Gatineau to take shots, which are still to come. This single shot came between flowerbeds, where a handful of tulips are growing among wildflowers and other plants.

Back in Ottawa in the Byward Market, I took this shot of a planter that caught my eye.

These last shots were taken early one morning in Dundonald Park downtown.

  7. Tulips that aren't planted all in lines, with thousands to a bed! Oh my! These give an entirely different perspective with their relationship to other plants and flowers!

  9. Somebody is not looking after these last tulips. I guess the tulips are looking after themselves.

    1. Pretty much. I think they were planted years ago and left to their own devices.
