Tulips certainly draw people out each year. This huge bed, with its successive planting of tulip colours, is one good example.

When I made my first visit, this bed had mostly daffodils, with the tulips yet to show. This time out, they were showing.

ReplyDeleteThe daffodils surprised me, I've never seen them planted in a bed like that before. If there are a lot of flowers, they seem usually to just be spreading from one original bulb, while here they are placed separately in rows!
