I went into the Canadian History Hall, which tells the story of the country's development. In the central hub were some exhibits on hockey. A series of pucks from Canadian men's and women's teams are seen here. The NHL teams are represented by the Winnipeg Jets, Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks, Ottawa Senators, Calgary Flames, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Edmonton Oilers. The PWHL teams are the Toronto Sceptres, Vancouver Goldeneyes, Ottawa Charge, and Montreal Victoire.
Headgear has become essential for players.
Here we have one of the jerseys of the Senators.
A monitor in the hub shows images from across Canadian history.
The Hall is divided into three galleries, with the first covering from time immemorial to the end of the French and Indian War. Early history is found in oral tales of indigenous peoples and the hard evidence of archaeology.
