Fog Rolling Over Snow And Ice

On the 9th of March, we had curious weather. There was some rain during the day, and the air was warmer than the ground. The result was a low lying mist over the snow, particularly in larger open areas. Central Park weaves through a northern portion of the Glebe, and I took photos from Bank Street of the west side of the park, and then the east side, with the mist casting a moody feel to the area.

The mist was also hanging over the Rideau Canal, looking east from the Bank Street Bridge. Tomorrow I'll be showing you these two locations in transition from winter to spring.
