Murals In The Capital

Today I have some murals for you, from two different locations in the city, taken on two days in late March. I was in the Byward Market one day and noticed some cubes of wood boards set up, with murals painted on them, on a traffic island. I walked over and photographed several of the murals. Some were more realistic, the last of these more fantasy.

On another day I was out in the Westboro area and noticed a large mural on a single building. I photographed from left to right.

  4. Super use of flat urban spaces. That large one is pretty amazing with subjects not always coherently related to each other...but it works!
