The Intricacy Of The Ice Sculptures

The Fountain Of Life is the work of an American team.

Three snowmobiles, well used by the looks of them, were out on the street throughout Winterlude.

The Four Elements is the title of this sculpture by another American duo.

And this is the work of a Canadian team, titled Cerchio Della Vita. Tomorrow I start winding down the Winterlude series, as the rest of my posts feature ice sculptures here at night.

  15. The detail work is so exquisite on these. And it must be hard to do with your hands, working so cold.

  16. Every time I see these ice sculpture posts I am amazed at the detail and intricacy that the folks doing these creations get into each one. And, it certainly must be very cold to have them linger as long as they seemingly do so you can post photos to share.

    1. Cerchio has a root word meaning circus, so that's what it feels like to me.
