There is a sculpture in one of the flowerbeds, one that is sparsely planted with tulips amid bushes that remain in place.
Sparse planting like this nonetheless makes for an interesting look at tulips.
The next bed was a raised flowerbed set in a large circle, with yellows and Canada 150 tulips.
The bed across from them had a mixture of colours.
Belos canteiros.

Sometimes the mass plantings remind of stained glass windows.
ReplyDeleteHello, love the tulips. The bike rider looks as though they are riding through the tulips. Not tip-toeing. Happy weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteThere is beauty everywhere. Ottawa is a great city - for six months of the year!

ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous mix of colours William 💜
ReplyDeleteMy faves, red and white!
ReplyDeleteI love the Impressionistic mix of colors. I used to always use my crayons by rubbing several colors over each other to create that mixture in one place.
ReplyDeleteWhat a carpet of color!
ReplyDeleteLovely pathway photos ^_^
