Market

More from the Christmas market today. A wood carver brings in some holiday themed sculptures as seen here.

Another vendor is a stained glass artist. Her work is particularly eye catching.

I bought some honey here.

Here we have another wider view of the Pavilion.

Dogs are a common sight during the farmer's markets. This one noticed me.

Outside, here was a view of the chalets. I believe they get started early in the afternoon, depending on the day.

  1. Sorry, but... the doggy was my favorite :-)
(Even though I´m afraid of them, but he looks friendly!)

  3. I don't really like a lot of the glitter and glamour of christmas. But I do like decorations of natural materials like those of the wood carvers and the green branches.

  4. Enjoy the honey. Yesterday we had friends for lunch and received a jar of raspberry jam and another of red pepper jelly, both homemade. It doesn't get any better.

  11. Eat local honey, raw, and it will help with allergies - so I believe since some of the pollen is taken in small doses (like a vaccination only it tastes good).

  16. I just saw today a wooden snowman like the one in the market pictured above, I've never seen one before. I hope the dog got something from the market, maybe some biscuit treats. :)

    1. I wonder if it's the same fellow who makes them. No idea off hand where he lives.
