The Tulip Displays Of Jacques Cartier Park

Gatineau lies on the Quebec side of the Ottawa River, and where the Alexandra Bridge emerges into the city is where we have Jacques Cartier Park. Parts of the property have been closed off for rehabilitation after bad flooding in 2019, but that work is nearly at an end. The tulip beds were accessible when I visited.
