Wanderings Of A Canadian Loon Through The National Capital And Beyond
Picking up where I left off yesterday, we carry on with this visit through Commissioners Park.
The Commissioner has been very busy planting bulbs!
Indeed.
Psychedelic
In some ways.
Sea of tulips
Very much so.
Lovely!
They are.
Your tulip photos are beautiful! Take care, enjoy your day!
Thank you.
A sight to stir the soul.
...heavenly sums it well.
It does.
It is hard to choose a favourite shot!
They really are heavenly!
That they are.
I'm always a sucker for the dual color flowers...couldn't decide which I liked best, but I think the white/blue combo might be it.
I enjoy the mixes.
Love those big beds, William.
Me too.
Too bad the tulip season is so short. They bloom so beautifully in the spring and are usually gone in a week.
They last a few days, but I make them last longer this way by taking a lot of shots.
It looks like if you want to make a bundle of money , go into the tulip raising business.
It's hard work!

Endless beauty.
That is the case indeed.
Heavenly indeed, a beautiful show of tulips this year.
That it's been.
I do like how the purple contrasts with the other colours.
Heavenly indeed!
