This life sized model of a fish hangs overhead in the Water Gallery. It is a curious sight, called a Mola.
Another view of the blue whale skeleton.
Yet another oddity finds itself on this panel, which reminds us in the words of a quirky chaos theorist that life finds a way.
Water is not just about the sea, of course, and the Water Gallery focuses on freshwater too, including a large aquarium with a number of fish.
A terrareum here includes spotted turtles.
I see why they call them spotted turtles!
ReplyDeleteEstou a gostar da visita ao museu.

Gosh the Mola and the glow in the dark fish are amazing for different reasons. It's the first time I've heard of a fish that enjoys sunbathing 😊
