As I mentioned yesterday, I was at several games for the World Juniors tournament at TD Place. One of these games involved Switzerland versus Czechia.
I took this shot above before game time between Switzerland and Sweden.
Sweden was playing Latvia during this quarter final game, the last day of the tournament here before the remaining games were played over at the Canadian Tire Centre. This was a couple of days after my New Year's Eve fall. My leg was aching, but I walked a bit here and there during the games for photo ops.
And the last game I attended, later in the day, was Slovakia versus Finland. I enjoyed attending these games.
I'm wondering if the players get lots of injuries playing that.
ReplyDeleteThat's why team doctors and paramedics are around
DeleteI was a passionate player of hockey as a young woman, and a passionate viewer of hockey games nowadays. But the grass has to be rich and green, with no risk of ice.
