    If I were the bulb planter, I'd be so tempted to plant a rogue tulip, like an orange one in the middle of an array of white tulips. I think I detected one of these in photo #4.

    Somebody, probably several somebodies, have been hard at work preparing all those tulips beds. Seems like they should be recognized for their efforts.
