Picking up where I left off yesterday, here are more takes of the Christmas trees around the Chateau Laurier.
This one, adorned with small teddy bears, also had the lyrics to the Teddy Bear Picnic song written on small plates going down the tree.
And this one featured photographs from around Ottawa, courtesy of Ottawa Tourism.
I finish off with this view.
Owls on trees must be a thing! I know the lyrics to Teddy Bears Picnic but this doesn't seem to impress people. ;-)
ReplyDeleteDifícil escolher a árvore mais bonita e aproveito para desejar a continuação de umas Boas Festas. 🎄

A lot of Christmas trees and all well decorated even with gifts.
ReplyDelete...a beautiful collection of trees, too bad Christmas doesn't last all year.
ReplyDeleteYou made me look really "stupid", as I had to turn my head to read (so much wood!).
ReplyDeleteAnd then I laughed. About myself.
I go with Tom - it should last all year!
A great display to be sure.

@David: I certainly thought so.
@Anvilcloud: that it is.
@Marie: indeed!
For years I always topped my tree with a big bow so I'm kind of partial to the one here with the bow on top.
ReplyDeleteSuch bright cheerful trees...and there certainly is a great variety!
ReplyDeleteIn some of your photos you caught some nice detail of the ornaments.
ReplyDeleteI like the tree with red in it, and photos. Very nice.

Those are some great trees. My little town here in Arizona has a Christmas tree decorating contest in the city hall every year. But I love the first couple of tree-toppers - especially the owl. Much better than an angel. And the sign in the last photo is great!
ReplyDeleteSo many Christmas trees and the different ways of decorating the trees. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThese look beautifully done. i love using photos on a tree!
ReplyDeleteThe tree with Teddy bears is the most original.
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely!
ReplyDeleteIt occurs to me I have missed the trees at the Crystal Palace in Perth! Oh, well. It's been a busy week!
