I begin today with that home in Centretown I showed you in a couple of shots from yesterday. This one was a few days on.
St. Patrick Basilica is downtown, and its trees were changing colour when I took this shot.
More leaves changing- this at a funeral home in Centretown.
These shots are from Dundonald Park in Centretown.
I took this shot from Plaza Bridge, looking at fall colours around the Rideau Canal, with the Ottawa Convention Centre on the far shore, and the National Arts Centre on this side.
In Major's Hill Park, trees were turning. This statue of Colonel By stands proudly here. The next time I passed through the park, the flowers and plants in the surrounding flowerbeds were gone, in preparation for the planting of tulip bulbs.
The Byward Market tends to put on seasonal decorations, as seen here.
Love all the orange at the market.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of it.
DeleteThe Colonel photo is my favorite here.
ReplyDeleteThat stands out.
DeleteI don't think that I ever made it to the market in autumn.
ReplyDeleteI try to get there once a week.

Delete...enjoy the colors while you can.
ReplyDeleteThey don't last long.
DeleteI see lots of leaves have dropped before others turn color.
ReplyDeleteThat is the case.
DeleteGostei destas belas fotos.
