Here are other fall shots from Plaza Bridge, taking in the views around the Rideau Canal's locks here.
These two shots were taken in Gloucester.
While these shots are from outside St. Peter and St. Paul's Anglican Church downtown. It's another church I've never featured before.
The fall colours were looking beautiful outside of a church I have featured on occasion- this is St. Patrick's Basilica downtown.
I like a lot this walking with you in your city. The views are lovely, and I like the canal.
ReplyDeleteLove the Autumn colours against that bright blue sky!
ReplyDeleteAre you going to take an exam to see what we have learned of Ottawa city...? (just kidding).
ReplyDeleteTomás.
Beautiful, scenic perspectives in the first 3 photos and so love the leaf colours in the 3rd last photo. Interesting series ofphotos.
ReplyDeleteI keep hoping my Crepe Myrtle will have some color on it by Thurs. when I host out Thanksgiving....but I am not sure that will happen. Pretty photos.
ReplyDeleteThose autumn colours really stand out with the blue sky.
ReplyDeleteAll wonderful images William but the first three looking down the Rideau canals, with the spires peeking over the autumn colours are excellent!

This is one fantastic series of photos. The colors are superb, especially those leaf shots - they look so fragile, almost like colored paper. And that canal and its surroundings are beautiful and inspiring. You do live in a wonderful city.
ReplyDeleteWhen the sun shines on one of those colorful trees it makes it pop right off the page.
ReplyDeleteAwesome color in Ottawa. Nice detail on the Cathedral.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, William. We haven't had that bright light and colours overhere for a while now, it's mostly grey, cloudy, rainy and windy. I'm longing for nice winter weather meanwhile.
