Ornamental

The World Exchange Plaza is an office complex downtown. It regularly fills its lower levels, which are primarily restaurants for the office workers, with Christmas decorations.

Its Christmas tree on the ground level shares the space above with five ornamental full sized whales- narwhals and belugas- that hang suspended in this area.

Two reindeer sculptures take up the west end of this area during the holidays.

  6. The narwhales are wonderful! Are they a permanent feature, or just for Christmas? I used to like seeing the big office buildings in Toronto filled up with large scale decorations too (when I worked downtown).

  8. Very pretty decorations. Those reindeer sculptures look like they are ceramic. They must be very heavy.

  9. For some reason I find those hanging belugas to be just delightful! They give a sense of joy to the place. And the reindeer sculptures are magnificent!
