Last Wednesday morning, I went out early in the day towards the tulip beds around Dow's Lake for a look at how things were going. This first bed is near the Rideau Canal before it widens out into the lake- the Canal is on the far side of the street.
Commissioners Park runs along the east and north sides of the lake, and there are a multitude of flower beds with tulips blooming this time of year. Some of the tulips are late, but others were showing. I'll be showing you more of this morning excursion over the next couple of posts.
