The fall colours in Major's Hill Park were a particular delight during this visit.
At the far side of the park, landmarks like Notre Dame and the National Gallery can be seen.
The sunlight was astonishing on the fall colours.
Looking back the way I came, the view includes the Chateau Laurier.
And here's a view of the American embassy.
Looking out at the fenceline gives views of the Bytown Museum and Parliament Hill.
As I left off yesterday with a view of the Ottawa River, so I do so again today.
Beautiful autumn photos! (Doncha just love it?)
ReplyDeleteIt would be great to be out there taking a stroll to enjoy the beautiful weather and fall colours.
ReplyDeleteOh, long shadows already. Let´s enjoy the beauty still!
ReplyDeleteAutumn glory is the perfect title...
ReplyDeleteMost people tend to think in terms of October as being the best time for Autumn leaf colour, but for us here it is November. It looks as if that might be the case with you too, but they also need those lovely blue skies which yours have.
ReplyDeleteA real "Indian summer" there! Nicely colored trees and it looks like it's not cold either?!
ReplyDeleteAs belas cores outonais e aproveito para desejar a continuação de uma boa semana.
