Shine

More today from the ice sculptures. They are most beautiful in the night.

This next set, of course, is for Nunavut.

And this is the spirit horse of the ojibwe.

Two more to round things out for today, just up the street. The Haunted Walk is a tour company that takes guests for a walk around spots in the downtown core that have a reputation for being haunted.

Its neighbour is D'Arcy McGee's, an Irish pub named for the Father of Confederation Thomas D'Arcy McGee, whose Ottawa residence was down the street from here.

  5. More fun with ice sculptures and light. But I wonder how long this tradition can continue with global warming?

    1. The ice sculptures are one thing, but the Canal might not be suitable in the years to come to plow for skating.
