The Council Of Infinite Kendalls

A reminder: the theme on the first day of April for City Daily Photo bloggers happens to be My Camera Shy Self Portrait.

I was down at the Ottawa Convention Centre not so long ago, and that fabulous wall of glass triangles makes for some good photo opportunities. The photographer looks rather small amid the reflections. And more than one reflection of said photographer might be found.

I expect only comic book readers might be able to make sense of that title.

    Self-portrait is really surprising.

  3. Your last sentence is true at most. I notice that you have a sense of humor.

  6. Hey, speaking of glass. How's the Hamburglar doing these days?

  7. I thought the title was an episode of Dr Who!

  10. @Mariusz: thanks!

    @Halcyon: think creatively. If you've got something like a favourite coat, for instance, photograph the coat.

    @Tomas: oh, I do.

    @Marianne: every once in awhile I find myself in one.

    @Luis: thanks!

    @Tamago: I'm certainly not the emphasis here.

    @Birdman: he's tied with one league record, and closing in on a franchise record of a goalie going undefeated in regulation time. Mind you, they're facing the Rangers tonight. We'll see what happens.

    @Jane and Chris: the only times I've seen bits and pieces of Dr. Who, I'm convinced one would need drugs to understand it. I'll have the answer tomorrow.

    @Sharon: it certainly is.

    @VP: it's a good spot for that.

  11. It takes a good eye to catch an image like this. Most people would just walk by.

  12. As I don't read comic books, I didn't understand the title, but comic books remind me it's Big Bang Theory tonight, now I do love that!!

  13. Um, yes. Since I'm not a comic book reader, I have no idea what it's about.

  19. i always hear that folks are really into taking photo of themselves that are perfect. you know the perfect hairdo, clothing, the best part of their day, etc. ... but for me ... i take a picture when i want to ... not when i think people will think i am at my best just when i want to be silly or nuts!! the age of selfies ... where did it all come from so quickly? i wonder??! 21. @Red: I like photographing at that place.

    @Gill: I have never seen that series.

    @Cheryl: the answer shall be forthcoming.

    @Revrunner: we had days recently where it started out at -15C.

    @Grace: it was cold. I've got one shot... still trying to figure out another. I need some sunlight!

    @Tex: thanks!

    @Norma: today is a bit better.

    @Geoff: I thought of going with the mirror universe notion and asking which Kendall is the evil one, but we all have beards.

    @Ciel: the first one I have might be a bit uncomfortable!

    @RedPat: no doubt!

    @Lorelei: thanks!

    @Beth: I try to avoid getting myself in a shot, but it does happen.

    @Jan: I have more from here tomorrow and the next day.
