Artistry And Expressiveness

Art was a big part of Glowfair, and in a couple of cases, that included participatory art. Wallack's is an art supply store here on Bank Street, and they had a canvas set aside for anyone who wanted to add on a W. Different styles of letters ended up being the result, and I'll show you it again before I'm done with the series.

There were several artists at work on large canvases over the two days. I caught them at several stages of their work, with their choices of techniques- regular paint and brush or spray paint, and with a variety of subjects. I'll show you the finished results of most of these in my last post for the series. The first one has a finished version further down.
