Today I'm starting a series of posts for Christmas. An office tower downtown has some unusual ornaments around.
In another office tower nearby, these were some of the decorations to be found.
The Rideau Centre mall downtown tends to hang large ornaments in their spaces; reindeer this year are properly wearing face masks.
The mall's Christmas tree is big, but simply decorated, with red and white lights, and a star at the top.
And I finish with this wreath, one of a number on the poles outside the Canadian Museum of Nature. I stopped by for a visit earlier in the month, and will be showing you that starting in early January.
Sadly all our stores have had to close. A number of designers would have spent a lot of energy in getting their displays up for Christmas. What a pity they won't be seen. Yours on the other hand wil hopefully be appreciated by many workers and shopers.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, the Nacker!!! Hubby´s Brother put his finger in a real, ordinary Nutcracker at age 3 and got stuck. Horror-story! For years the parents just said - "be nice! Or the Nacker will come back". Poor kid, LOL.
