Bas Relief Artistic Expressions

This was the largest of the snow sculptures in Jacques Cartier Park, a bas relief with a strong indigenous influence, depicting a woman and birds.

The path led me on.

There's a spot here that's set aside to teach young children the basics of skiing.

Two stilt walkers caught my eye. I think these are the same two who often make appearances around Winterlude sites down through the years, but I've never seen them in the same costumes twice. You can imagine young children don't quite know what to make of them.

    1. On a blue sky day, they would look different, but I wasn't so lucky that day.
