Colours

A couple of days of warmth can work wonders in bringing tulips out and about. Here are some at Dow's Lake.




And we have the next panel in the series.


Some more of these tulip sculptures caught my eye. This one I photographed from both sides.

  9. I miss the tulip fest! They are so beautiful!!! :)

    PS: I just finished reading a book called The Great Escape: A Canadian Story by Ted Barris. It's another recounting of the escape of Canadian POWs during WWII. But it's fantastically told and I'm sure you'd enjoy it.

  25. Ah yes, Ottawa's tulips! I passed by some tulips today that were almost done blooming and wondered about those in Ottawa. Were they blooming yet? Thanks for the update!
