Here we continue with more dinosaurs.
Paleontology as a profession started up in the 19th century and has carried on today, continuing to contribute to our understanding of these animals that lived millions of years ago.
Duck-billed dinosaurs are found here.
A comparison between jawlines of the edmontosaurus, seen above, with the daspletosaurus, seen in my first post, is telling of the difference of vegetarian versus carnivorous dinosaurs.
It must´ve tough and scary times.
ReplyDeleteI love how Calvin and Hobbes still "live" with them and movies like Night at the Museum...
I miss Calvin and Hobbes.
DeleteSo freaky weird to see those capering about without their skin. Aloha, William

DeleteIt’s amazing that dinosaurs live on in Ottawa. They have recently discovered a new and especially primitive form recently. It’s the dreaded, ugly, devious, malevolent Polièvresauraus horribilis.
ReplyDeleteThat one is awful.
DeleteImpressionante estes dinossauros.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de uma boa semana.
