Wolves And Their Dog Cousins

Here we have another photo by Michelle Valberg: The Hunger Games. A wolf stares back at the photographer while checking out a whale carcass.


Raw and Real gives us a wonderful portrait.


Domestic dogs descend directly from wolves, many thousands of years ago. A display of art and a rotating video screen shows some locals.

  10. I love watching our coyotes – on the trailcams. I seldom see them in the yard. Just once, when one was stalking Daisy cat!

  16. I don't know why some because dogs and others just kept being wolves. Very regal looking, but when they pack up in our back field and howl like banshees..they are intimidating!
