Park Views

Here we have more views from this visit to Major's Hill Park in October.

The American embassy and the Connaught Building are in the background here.

And the Chateau Laurier is here. One of those infernal e-scooters that have been infesting the city lies on the path in the foreground.

The glass tower of the National Gallery made itself known.

I took these two views of Parliament Hill from spots close to each other, one in the park and one along the way to the Alexandra Bridge.

At the start of the bridge is a viewing platform overlooking the Ottawa River. Here I looked towards Gatineau and the Canadian Museum of History.

And then I started back, taking another shot of Parliament Hill.

For today I leave off here at the National Gallery, with fall colours against the building neighbouring the property.
