Picking up where I left off yesterday, I headed east in Gatineau, where several large raised beds included orange and pink tulips- with the odd rogue tulip to be found among them. A glance through the trees in this first shot picks up some of the spires of the Parliament Buildings across the river.
Nice combination of orange and pink.

ReplyDeleteThose colours work so well together.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good example of a gardener who found excellent tulip varieties...with those short stems so they look really good with their pretty leaves as well. Or maybe we should say a horticulturalist!
