Wanderings Of A Canadian Loon Through The National Capital And Beyond
Beautiful, William, and my favourites this time are your first and last photos!
By the way, the popup photo window verification thing is starting again for me.
How wonderful to walk thereWarm ALOHA, ComfortSpiral (\__/)(='.'=)(")_('')
wonderful lawns and those trees. :)
Fantastic fall colors!
Wow! Gorgeous trees and green, green grass! Have a great day!
It's good to be the governor general.
Another great series with wonderful fall colours, William !
I wish my 'residence' had grounds like this William .. then of course I'd need the gardeners to look after it :) Gorgeous images!
It's nice to see the photos of beautiful they are.Tomás.
Lovely...but I bet you are just dying to post photos of snow and ice, right? ;))
I never get tired of seeing the fall colors!
I love that very green lawn and the golden and red tinged trees in the last two photos.
pretty blooms. i agree with EG CameraGirl ... where are those snow & ice shots we know you William love to share. we are waiting. ha. ha! ( :
@Linda: thanks. I had it yesterday... and at a point where it was repeatedly telling me I was wrong while I know I was right. Extremely frustrating to have to go ten times through the bloody photo identification thing when you know you're right every single time. If I had a Google techie in front of me last evening, I would have hit him.@Cloudia: it is!@Tex: thanks!@Denise: I certainly thought so!@Nancy: thank you.@Stuart: and it's a lot of work!@Karl: thank you!
@Merisi: it really is.@Grace: at eighty acres of land, it does require help!@Tomas: thank you!@EG: it snowed here overnight, and is still snowing! I did photograph something, but I might just put that over at my Facebook page.@Norma: I've got them at least until the end of the month.@Sharon: thank you!@Beth: I smiled when I looked out the windows this morning and saw snow!
Your entire city is so lush with beautiful flora. I heard you got snow last night or yesterday. Some of those leaves will probably disappear soon.
A nice contrast between the green and the autumnal leaves, complemented with the lovely colors of the flowers!
beautifuli feel as though i have gone back a season when i look at your photosit is snowing here
We'd had some roses and dandelions blooming all over the place here up until about five days ago when it got really cold....all gone... Enjoy them while you can!
I think I'm going to apply for the GG job as the digs are awesome! I wonder what the pay is. You have some very warm fall shots.
Really special. Our leave are almost gone. I like that blue sky of yours too. It looks so clear.
I love that 2nd last shot, William! What a lovely place that is. And now the Trudeau kids will be playing there.
Such gorgeous color. Lucky kids who will get to enjoy this park! ;-)
Beautiful William. We've had very late blooming roses this year, right into November but it is now cold and wet...
The colouring trees make a great combination with the blue skies!
@Lowell: oh, these leaves are gone by now. I took these shots in October. Yes, we did get snow overnight!@VP: thank you!@Tammie: things look quite different here today. I took a couple of shots today... might post them at Facebook and create some kind of link in tomorrow's post.@Pat: it looks more like winter here now.@Red: it would be quite a job, with perks!@Lauren: ours are gone now. @RedPat: they've got a lot of lawn to wander around in!@Halcyon: a lot of the property's open to the public. One does see kids running around in summer particularly.@Ciel: we had some late blooming flowers, but that's done now.@Marleen: I thought so too!
Beautiful colors! I'm visiting my family further south and it's just now getting to be the color change in the leaves. It's nice to enjoy again (and avoid the bitter cold of home!).
Um jardim exuberante e maravilhosoUm abraço
Wow that's some grounds William, it looks big enough to to be a park..
Gorgeous William! I can never get enough of fall colors.
Any more green grass and I'll be tempted to go get a set of clubs. ;-)
@Meradeth: I'd much rather have the cold!@Gracita: thank you!@Geoff: it is, at nearly eighty acres.@Lois: me too.@Revrunner: there's an idea!
Those are none too shabby grounds! I especially like that fountain.
Beautiful! Wouldn't you love to live on grounds like these!!!
The season is so short. Good to see the colours again!
Such a pretty time of your. Love all the autumn colours lining the walkways and open grass areas..
@Kay: it's quite a place to explore.@Chieftess: I would!@Whisk: definitely.@Jennifer: it is.@Gemma: thank you.
