Spinning
Hoops like this are used in some busker acts, with a diameter of a bit more than six feet. That must be ungainly to handle, but Pancho Libre makes it look easy.
I was a child when hula hoops were sold commercially. I loved playing with it and got quite good at swinging that thing around my body. This busker's hoop is really large!
I have tried it once or twice, but when I was younger I was not flexible enough in the hips to spin a hoop. Nowadays I don't even have to think about it.
When I think that I did that when I was 14 years old ! It was very much in fashion at that time.
