A look out the windows from the guest cottage at Kingswood.
Art on the walls.
The path seen here leads down to the lake.
A glance towards the main cottage.
Displays look at both of the cottages.
One more look at the guest cottage for today.
And then over to the main cottage. A staff member was present.
When Mackenzie Kings' mother came to visit, this was her room.
Comfortable looking cottage. The painting on the wall looks like one of your photos from the last few days.
ReplyDeleteI imagine they are the lake nearby.
DeleteI absolutely love the verandah.
ReplyDeleteMe too.
DeleteOnce the children left home and spouse and I retired, living in the large family home seemed ridiculous. Your cottages seem perfect - verandas, wide gardens, attractive trees, path to the lake etc.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful.
DeleteIt looks a lovely place. The influence of nature has caused a lot of leaves and the odd small branch or two to land outside my front door this morning - that's my next job!
ReplyDeleteWind will do that.
DeleteSo many fallen leaves. What a great place to live.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely.
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI do love the cottage and the art work! Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend!
Thank you.
DeleteI will have to visit again soon. Last time I was there it was the dead of winter and we watched an Ermine frolicking in the snow. Delightful.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a long time since I've been there in winter.
DeleteThere is even more nature inside with the artwork that you showed.
ReplyDeleteThere is.
DeleteI just love this place. It's gorgeous in the fall.
ReplyDeleteIt is.
DeleteI love the painted porch. What a beautiful place.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
Delete...living among nature is a wonderful thing.
ReplyDeleteYes it is.
DeleteCute and cozy cottage ! For my move it"s OK because it's still warm for the season
ReplyDeleteNot here!

ReplyDeleteI think so too.
DeleteBeautiful cottage and location.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteWhat a beautiful place that is. The Speaker is lucky to have a house there.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteWhat a beautiful and well-preserved country house
ReplyDeleteVery much so.
DeleteCon gusto pasarÃa unos dÃas, en una de esas casas.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteI think Van Gogh would have loved to paint that last photograph.
ReplyDeleteI can see that.
DeleteLovely photos of cottage merged with nature ~ beauty ~
