Cottages Surrounded By The Influence Of Nature

A look out the windows from the guest cottage at Kingswood.

Art on the walls.

The path seen here leads down to the lake.

A glance towards the main cottage.

Displays look at both of the cottages.

One more look at the guest cottage for today.

And then over to the main cottage. A staff member was present.

When Mackenzie Kings' mother came to visit, this was her room.

  1. Comfortable looking cottage. The painting on the wall looks like one of your photos from the last few days.

  2. Once the children left home and spouse and I retired, living in the large family home seemed ridiculous. Your cottages seem perfect - verandas, wide gardens, attractive trees, path to the lake etc.

  3. It looks a lovely place. The influence of nature has caused a lot of leaves and the odd small branch or two to land outside my front door this morning - that's my next job!

  6. I will have to visit again soon. Last time I was there it was the dead of winter and we watched an Ermine frolicking in the snow. Delightful.
