Cottages Surrounded By The Influence Of Nature

A look out the windows from the guest cottage at Kingswood.

When Mackenzie Kings' mother came to visit, this was her room.

    Once the children left home and spouse and I retired, living in the large family home seemed ridiculous. Your cottages seem perfect - verandas, wide gardens, attractive trees, path to the lake etc.

    It looks a lovely place. The influence of nature has caused a lot of leaves and the odd small branch or two to land outside my front door this morning - that's my next job!

    I will have to visit again soon. Last time I was there it was the dead of winter and we watched an Ermine frolicking in the snow. Delightful.
