The good kind of twilight. Not the kind that involves sparkly vampires, sullen idiots, and flea bitten dog boys that scowl at everyone.
These shots were taken over many weeks, from the third floor of the library at Carleton. Even with the reflection of lights in the window, the colours of dusk are pleasant to look at. This first one was in early March, hence the lovely snow and ice everywhere (I keep telling myself to be patient, winter will be back soon).
This was in late March.
This, on the other hand, was early in May.
Followed by mid-May.
And we end with the most recent, in late May.
Obviously this isn't a twilight shot, but one for Grace from this weekend. The Australian PM was in town, and Canadian and Australian flags were mounted on posts near Parliament Hill, a common habit when world leaders pay a visit. Apparently his politics are quite in line with the control freak in our Prime Minister's office. That speaks volumes.
