One more look at some of the cows inside the Dairy Barn.
I went out, but not far. The upper section of the barn has exhibit space. I took shots of the exterior while I headed that way.
Inside I went. We'll have another look at this in coming days. The current exhibit in here is on canola- a big crop in Canada. This central display makes use of canola bottles.
Chocolate is the answer to the question- can money buy happiness? The demonstration kitchen adjacent to this display was at capacity as I was here, and they were making brownies, according to the daily schedule.
This old fashioned electric stove caught my eye.
This exhibition area is called the hayloft. These two antique pieces of equipment are displayed together. We'll have another look at them tomorrow.
This panel looks at mistakes made by farmers in the West decades ago.

DeleteA beautiful structure. Sadly, old barns on farms are becoming fewer and fewer and those that remain are often in disrepair.
