Artistic

 I carry on with this look back to Winterlude 2017 with more of the finished ice sculptures in Confederation Park.


As I mentioned the other day, mermaids are a recurring theme for ice scultures. Including ones with... well, ample curves.


That year had a dramatic peacock among the sculptures.


And here we have other sculptures.

    The one sculpture is even more beautiful than the other. But in the end the fisherman wins as far as I'm concerned.

    The peacock looks so delicate. I can't imagine how they carved those tail-feathers without breaking them to bits. Gorgeous. (The mermaids -- not so delicate ;>)
