Splendour

This was one of the large sculptures in Confederation Park for Winterlude 2017, with a nod to the 150th anniversary of the country.


Buskers were in the park during this visit.


Another big sculpture: a life sized bear carved out of the ice. It was huge.


And yet another: a map of the country.


As was the case the previous year, photographs were inlaid into a wall of ice. These were celebrating national parks.
